of nylon, an easily cleaned textile. Upholstery is usually made of many blends of
materials such as cotton, wool, nylons, rayon, and other textiles; making the cleaning
process much more difficult and dangerous. It also acquires different soils (human
oils, dead skin cells, etc..) than carpets do (most soils in carpet are dry particulate
matter).
