Pet stains can be a real inconvenience, especially urine stains. These stubborn
problems cannot always be solved by the home owner.
Generally, pet odor and stain removal products from pet stores and carpet stores
seem to work well, but the odor may return frequently. Our sub-surface Urine
treatment is guaranteed to permanently DESTROY the odor, or we will refund the
amount of the urine treatment.
The Pee Treatment
Our sub-surface urine treatment begins with black light inspection of the area to
uncover those stains that you never knew were there.
Next, a special decontamination agent is mixed on site with 180 degree water from
our truckmount. It is then applied to the affected area only and tamped into the
carpet and padding.
After the agent has had a 15 minute dwell period, we extract it from the padding,
through the carpet, using a special tool.
After the extraction process is completed, the affected area is cleaned with our carpet
cleaning process followed by an application of odor eliminating spray to prevent any
urine scent that may have been released into the air during the treatment.
