Our service incorporates a gentle 4 step process that is
unsurpassed in cleaning all types of upholstery while
preventing color bleed, water marks, and browning.

Step 1
A color stabilizer is sprayed onto the
fabric being cleaned to set the dye &
lock in the natural tannins. This
prevents the colors from bleeding.

Step 2
Next, a gentle pre spray cleaning agent
is used. Our product will not weaken
color fastness or break down the natural
fibers of the fabric.

Step 3
Now we clean the fabric with a special
tool and the hot water extraction method
including an upholstery fiber rinse. This
tool, called the Drimaster, is used instead
of a standard upholstery tool to prevent
over wetting of the fabric. It also
promotes faster drying due to less water
saturation.
As you can see in the lower pic, there is
no spray jet. Instead, a metal slot is
used to distribute the hot water to the
fabric without "shooting it through" the
fabric.

The final step in our service is drying.
This is the most important component
to our process. Faster drying of the
fabric will prevent shrinking of the
material, browning, and bleeding. We
use air movers that will dry the
upholstery before we even leave your
home.
