Our Process of Cleaning is
Unlike Most Others
We use the hot water extraction (known
as steam cleaning) method while
incorporating a different process than
"traditional" steam cleaning. Most
services use only a scratch wand for
their service. While this is effective in
many situations, it will require the use of
more chemicals & more water to get
tough soils out of the carpet.
When cleaning chemicals are
continuously added each time your
carpets are cleaned, a build up occurs.
This build up actually attracts more soil
and gives your carpet a warn out
appearance. Many consumers have
replaced their carpet prematurely when
all they really needed was a thorough
cleaning.

Our Process
Step 1
Our process begins with a nontoxic,
biodegradable pretreatment applied with
a pressurized sprayer. This is the only
chemical used (except for stain
treatments and fiber rinses) in the
cleaning process.

Step 2
After a short dwell time, we use the
ROTOVAC power wand to clean your
carpet. This machine uses hot water
and agitation to clean and restore your
carpet. No chemicals are added to the
water used. All of the pretreatment is
flushed clean by the hot water.
The result is clean, residue-free carpet
that will look, feel, & stay clean longer.
Most cleaning companies prefer to use
chemicals in their machines to save time.

Step 3
After the cleaning process is completed,
we use air movers to help expedite the
drying process, allowing you to use your
carpet sooner. In many circumstances,
air movers can be left after a job and
picked up the next day. Just talk to the
technician and he will be glad to set up
a pick up time.

Step 4
The final step in our process is grooming.
This is not a mandatory step, but it will
promote drying and the carpet's
appearance. If fabric protection is used,
the carpets will be groomed to evenly
distribute and work the protectant into
the carpet fibers.

Fabric Protection
We offer 3M Scotchgard fabric protection for all of our carpet & upholstery
cleaning services. This is an excellent product that will help to prevent spills
and soils from setting into the fibers. Scotchgard is a water-based
fluorochemical that provides a safety barrier between the fibers and the spill or
soil. This concept is similar to how wax protects your car's paint finish. The
more often it is applied, the better protected you are. Scotchgard cannot be
washed out of the fabric (carpet), but it does wear down over time, especially if
shoes are worn in your home.
Our technicians will be more than happy to provide you with a demonstration of
