Can damaged carpet be repaired without replacing the
entire room?
Steaming Mad! can repair carpet tears, permanent stains, rips, burn spots, and
wax stains quickly and easily without having to remove or replace your carpet.  
Our system uses the new Kool Glide heatless seam iron which produces perfect
bonds without damaging the carpet due to excess heat.  
Localized Carpet Repair
First, the damaged area is removed and
a new section is cut to fit.  If there is no
remanents available, a piece can be
used from a closet corner or any other
hidden areas.
Next, a special seaming tape is set in
place and the Kool Glide iron is used to
heat the tape to create a permanent
bond without burning the carpet.
Finally, the repair is rolled with a special
tool to help blend in the repair, all
moldings and trim are replaced, and the
area is cleaned up.
